"Chris and his crew always go above and beyond! From flat tires & oil changes, to random low-speed airbag deployment, he works us into his schedule in a timely manner. He doesn’t make me feel judged for my car ineptitude, and I always feel like Chris is HONEST and transparent about need for repairs, pricing, etc. At other places, it often felt like they were trying to sell unnecessary expenses/repairs, but never with Chris. I even had a MOUSE jump out at him from its nest in my air filter, and he didn’t charge extra for pest control (he should have, and we compensated him anyway)! He’s a helluva guy, and will be our go-to car guy for life!"
